PDFKits provides free, browser-based tools for working with PDF files. Files are processed locally in your browser and not uploaded to our servers, except for clearly marked AI features such as Chat with PDF.
You agree not to use PDFKits to process content you do not have the legal right to process, circumvent technical protection measures on copyrighted files, distribute malware, disrupt the service, or violate any applicable law.
PDFKits is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Always keep a backup of your original files.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
